You're lucky to have gotten on the right side of this mess. In general, I feel, the Office Psycho should be removed if at all possible. Or at least isolated so that (s)he cannot cause damage, assuming that they are, in spite of the psychological issues, actually productive. A person with this level of damage usually cannot help themselves and bring about a lot of wasted time and energy, sometimes causing better employees to depart. It's a matter of cost vs. benefit. In a better world than ours, the buffoons find their exits in less than 18 months. That’s a nice story Mr. Angry, and I hope it makes you feel better to write about it.
