if I had to make an educated guess, it’s very fizzy champagne.
My guess would be that he is accepting the representative money shot of Ethanolius, God of inebriated sexual inhibition.
The non-dirty part of my mind says that it’s just champagne. As for the dirty part of my mind? Well, let’s just say that the term ‘bukkake’ covers it quite well.
I thought it was champagne or a similarly coloured drink until I looked up “bukkake”.
