Just after I made this video the story broke that Abbott also wants to ban the CEFC from investing in home solar as well so it’s worse than I thought. This decision is ideology over common sense and it is completely indefensible. It will hurt investment, it will hurt jobs and it makes Australia a laughing stock.

“Freedom Commissioner” burns through $77,000 in expenses in one year
One of the thousand or so examples of the Abbott government’s trolling and hypocrisy is the appointment of someone who hates human rights to the Human Rights Commission with the clearly stated purpose of derailing the focus on crazy things like human rights. The hypocrisy really comes to the fore when you look at someone from a group that decries public spending living large on about $400,000 in taxpayer’s money.
My favourite part of this article was when he said “You’d rather I sit in my office all day?”

Tony Abbott’s school chaplain program pushes sick lies on girls
In an of itself, Tony Abbot’s plan to push christian chaplains into schools and refuse to allow schools to use secular and qualified counselors was incredibly offensive. Where it has ended up is nothing short of a crime. Also, completely predictable. This shit show is the inevitable end point of Abbott’s sick policy.

Eric Abetz has some stupid objections to marriage equality
This is another one of those situations where it feels like the Liberal Party must be having a secret competition among themselves to say the stupidest thing possible on a given topic. That’s the only thing that would explain the rubbish Eric Abetz has been dribbling. I mean, unless he’s nothing more than a bigoted moron.

Welcome to my VEDJINA
I’ve decided to try and make a video every day in July. I’ll try to remember to post them here as well. For the first i talk about the Mafia trying to buy influence with Australian politicians. And my love for laboured acronyms.
