Mr Angry on the radio

Just making a quick catch up video for those who might be interested in some things that happened to me recently.  The first couple of things are just some garden variety morons I’ve been dealing with.  Everday occurrences for me.  But I was kind of excited to be interviewed for a radio program.  There’s a national network in Australia aimed at the youth market called TripleJ.

As I rarely act my age, this is the station I listen to.  And when I heard they were doing a story on anger management I had to call up.  Anger gets a bad rap – someone has to stand up for it.  If you want to listen to the interview, follow this link.  My bit starts at about the 8 minute mark and goes on for around 3 minutes.

  1. Triple J’s pretty rad.

Even though I’m in the US, I stream it fairly often and download the triple j tv podcast. I’m random like that.

So, anyway, congrats on your radio interview. Haha.

  2. I was pretty happy about it 🙂

  3. I laughed out loud at your accusation that the guy’s mother was “fucking truck drivers at 50-cents a go…” and they wanted their money back or whatever.

I also laughed at your sincere explanation on TripleJ that you used to lash out with “full on screaming at people with my head out the window and that sort of thing…”

Yes I had to take notes. They were just too good to forget.

But whoever accused you of not being a “real YouTuber” because you respond to people’s comments takes me back to the early 1990s when self-proclaimed computer geeks would disable the sound on their computers, as if using sound made you a poser and proved how far out of the loop you were. Back then I thought they were sadly stupid and I figured it was a result of having been beat up on the playground too many times. Now I think the same thing about YouTubers who ignore their audience.

  4. I try to take amusement out of all this insanity. And use it to provide amusement to others. So I’m glad it worked for you!
